State Representative Susan Johnson is attempting to rally the support of the members of the General Assembly representing eastern Connecticut in order to push for the release of bond funding to purchase the property that is home to the Eastern Connecticut Fire School. Two local state representatives have refused to support her efforts.

If your area is represented by either Christopher Coutu (47^th Assembly District) or Shawn Johnston (51^st Assembly District)  please take the time to contact them and let them know how you feel about their reluctance to support this initiative to continue local training for area fire departments.
